Dan brings over 45 years of residential construction experience to Joseph’s Home Services and serves as the foundation of the company’s workmanship standards and operational discipline.
Throughout his career, Dan has built new homes, remodeled countless properties, and owned, flipped, and managed more than 50 properties. Much of this work was done while raising a family of seven children alongside his wife, instilling strong values of responsibility, consistency, and pride in doing the work the right way.
As Joseph’s father and mentor, Dan played a key role in passing down the skills, standards, and work ethic that shape the company today. He continues to guide quality control, field practices, and craftsmanship expectations, ensuring every project reflects the values the business was built on.
Faith and family are central to Dan’s life and leadership. He believes quality and hard work aren’t optional—they’re a reflection of God’s gifts in you and the responsibility to use those gifts well.
