Joseph is the owner of Joseph’s Home Services and represents the next generation of a family built on hard work, integrity, and quality craftsmanship.
Joseph’s experience in construction began at a young age. At just nine years old, he was already working on job sites and helping build a new home, learning firsthand what it takes to do work properly from the ground up. Those early experiences shaped his respect for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in doing things the right way.
Since 2020, Joseph has been involved in six full property flips that required extensive renovation work. These projects included every aspect of home construction. He worked on these projects under the guidance of his father (Dan), gaining hands-on experience and learning the discipline required to complete work the right way.
Joseph has continued working on renovation projects, gaining experience across all facets of home construction and remodeling. Most recently, he independently led and completed a major renovation on a rental property in Ocean City, New Jersey, strengthening his understanding of quality finishes, long-term durability, and thoughtful project planning. He approaches every project with a focus on completing work on time and on budget, without compromising quality.
Today, Joseph is building his business by combining the guidance and lessons passed down from his father with the real-world experience he has earned through his own projects. He is hands-on in day-to-day operations, closely involved in the work being done, and committed to making sure every job meets the standards the company was built on.
